Job Description
Emplify Health by Gundersen isrecruitingforaBC/BECorneal Cataract and Refractive surgeontotake over a busy and establishedpractice. The ideal candidate would be interested in all corneal surgeries including corneal crosslinking refractive and complex cataracts and refractive surgery including Lasik and PRK.
Shared call is 1:10with boardcertified Ophthalmologists on staff.We are a fullservice ophthalmology departmentwithcomprehensive ophthalmologists as well as subspecialists including glaucomaretina pediatrics andoculoplastics.
The Gundersen EyeDepartment provides the latest in technology and equipment.We are a wellestablishedthrivingand collegial group. Since we provide care to large regionalarea we see a wide variety of pathology in a diverse patient population.
We ensure stateoftheart eye care to the citizens of southwest Wisconsin southeast Minnesotaand northeast Iowa. In addition to ophthalmology our professional eye care team includesoptometristscertifiedophthalmicand optometric technicians contact lens specialists low vision personnel and onsite opticians.

Must have completed an accredited graduate medical training program and be board certified or eligible within the area of medicine stated. In addition must have or be able to obtain a license to practice in our multistate region with no restrictions or limitations. Medical staff in our system will supervise advanced practice clinicians. Medical staff may need to provide outreach service as part of their role in the system.
