Job Description
As the Head Therapist at Villa Havens Araamu Spa you will oversee the daily operations lead a team of therapists and uphold the highest standards of service quality and guest satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills extensive knowledge of spa therapies and a commitment to creating a tranquil and memorable spa experience for our guests.
Qualifications :
- Diploma or certification in Spa Therapy Massage Therapy or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a spa environment with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent guest service and problemsolving abilities.
- Proficiency in spa software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detailoriented with a passion for delivering exceptional spa experiences.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work in a remote island setting and adapt to a flexible schedule.
