We are currently seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Business Development Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to build lasting client relationships while playing a pivotal role in delivering tailored staffing solutions.
As aBusiness Development Manager at Partner Staffing you will be instrumental in driving our business growth by securing new opportunities and ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our existing clients. You will collaborate closely with our recruitment team to provide customized solutions that meet our clients unique hiring needs.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue lead accounts develop new business opportunities and manage existing client relationships
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs qualify opportunities and offer solutions
- Work alongside our recruitment team to drive search efforts asses candidate suitability present profiles and negotiate placements
- Build strong client partnerships by understanding their staffing needs and aligning them with our recruitment services
- Facilitate seamless communication between clients and candidates during the hiring process
Requirements
What Were Looking For
Experience and Expertise
- Minimum 4 years of consultative sales and prospecting experience
- A background in the Staffing and Recruiting industry with strong Account Management experience is highly valued
Skills and Attributes:
- Highly customerfocused
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal with a keen ability to listen actively
- Strong business and financial acumen able to articulate the companys mission services and customers
- Proficiency in utilizing technology including CRM systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients
- Proven ability to prioritize multitask and work with a sense of urgency
