Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10

The proposed salary range for this position is:$44700 $91700
Responsibilities:
Collaborates with representatives from various functional groups assigned to the product or program including but not limited to engineering
purchasing quality control and integrated product team environment to ensure customer internal and AS9100 quality requirements are met
Reviews and may provide input on documentation in varies departments; engineering CADD purchasing etc.
Attendance is expected in project meetings customer meetings and engineering or technician trainings for better process understanding
Proficient at understanding of MILSTDs AS9100 Statement of Work and Govt. CDRLs.
Performs other duties as assigned
Periodically travel to customer or supplier sites for auditing purposes
Qualifications:
Required:
Minimum Secret clearance
Thorough understanding of AS9100 standard (Aerospace)
Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn the companys quality management system
Proficient at reading technical drawings Govt. standards and quality standards
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software and Visio
Desired:
Prior Engineering or Technical position
Configuration Management experience within the Department of Defense environment
Experience performing HW and SW configuration audits
Experience performing the technical administrative activities necessary to manage CM tools for inventory control version control data
duplication and media labeling
Experience developing briefings for management
