Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for finance and a knack for optimizing processes Join our team as an Accounts Receivable Team Lead and play a pivotal role in our Accounting Operations. Youll oversee all functions of the Accounts Receivable team ensuring timely client payments and maintaining strong business relationships.
Your impact
- Direct and oversee billings cash receipts trade receivables client communication and account reconciliation.
- Design and implement strategies to enhance the accounts receivable process.
- Supervise aging reports identify overdue accounts and take necessary actions to reconcile due receivables.
- Act as a key liaison with clients on payment terms and disputes.
- Mentor and support the professional development of team members.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure operational consistency and alignment with company goals.
- Manage minor projects related to accounts receivable efficiently allocating resources and managing risks.
Who you are
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
- Comprehensive understanding of the receivables process insurance billing and collections.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to inspire and influence team members.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in team or project management.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
