Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for finance and a knack for optimizing processes Join our team as an Accounts Receivable Team Lead and play a pivotal role in our Accounting Operations. Youll oversee all functions of the Accounts Receivable team ensuring timely client payments and maintaining strong business relationships.

Your impact

  • Direct and oversee billings cash receipts trade receivables client communication and account reconciliation.
  • Design and implement strategies to enhance the accounts receivable process.
  • Supervise aging reports identify overdue accounts and take necessary actions to reconcile due receivables.
  • Act as a key liaison with clients on payment terms and disputes.
  • Mentor and support the professional development of team members.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure operational consistency and alignment with company goals.
  • Manage minor projects related to accounts receivable efficiently allocating resources and managing risks.

Who you are

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the receivables process insurance billing and collections.
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to inspire and influence team members.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in team or project management.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent technological skills particularly with MS Office.
  • Strong problemsolving and research skills.
  • Resilience under pressure and ability to handle multiple projects.
