Pediatric Interactions was founded in 2002 by a therapist and our management team continues to work with clients and support the learning and development of each of our staff members. Pediatric Interactions is recognized in the community as a resource for families. We not only help families when they have concerns about their childs development but are passionate about serving others and offer educational and awareness opportunities through community outreach.
Pediatric Interactions is looking for speech/language pathologists to join our team. We have therapists who have been with us 17 years and also welcome and support strong CF just starting their career. One of our current therapists has experienced working with us as a graduate student CF and just celebrated her 6 year anniversary. One of our newest hires even started off as a volunteer with us!
Working with pediatrics in a clinic home daycare and schools settings or providing telepractice requires a lot of flexibility and creativity. Every day is different and our environment is fastpaced. Not only are you able to work as a team with great coworkers you are able to establish a rapport with the child their family and maintain relationships with the professionals we collaborate with.

Pediatric experience. SpeechLanguage Pathologist state licensure and certification (or eligibility as a CF) in good standing. Eligibility for DHSIL Early Intervention credentialing and ISBE Educator Licensure.
Working with kids and their families requires someone who is empathetic and service oriented. It is every team members responsibility to support the clients progress family and to assist any staff who is working with said customers. In addition to helping others one must be able to ask for assistance when needed.
The successful applicant will possess the ability to adapt and be flexible within a facebased environment to meet the changes and needs required to improve our services. One must be able to prioritize tasks based on importance and work effectively without direct supervision or detailed direction.
