Job Description
Overview
The Snyder & Associates structural subsidiary ShuckBritson has an immediate need for a CAD Design tehcnician. Will be responsible for development of vertical and bridge structure design plans using MicroStation Revit and AutoCAD software.
Responsibilities
- Timely and accurate of design specification renderings to be used in support of bridge and vertical structureengineering projects.
- Perform project design activities using current software platforms.
- Work closely with engineers and other Techs on assigned projects
- Adhere to all company policies and practices per the Personnel Manual
- Regular attendance required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience as a CAD Technician
- Experience using MicroStation orAutoCAD preferably in a structuralapplication
- Experience using or education inRevit is a big plus
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Commitment to producing work efficiently and accurately to meet the needs of the project manager the client and project requirements.
- Demonstrated ability in contributing both as an individual and team member
- Able to meet client servicedemands and project deadlines;must be willingto work extended hours as needed.
