Grinding Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Precision Grind Technicianto join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with precision grinding equipment and a strong understanding of machining principles and inspection techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up operate and troubleshootSurface OD and Jig Grinding machines.
- Interpretengineering drawings and blueprints applyingGeometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Performin-process inspectionsto ensure components meet exact specifications.
- Maintain grinding tolerances within0.0002 inches.
- Calculate and applyshop math and trigonometryin daily tasks.
- Understand and managegrind stock allowancesduring setup and operation.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in usingelectric centers sine plates compound sine plates indexing heads and spin heads.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Must supply and maintainown set of precision tools.
