About the role
Elders Top End Group has an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager to join the 2024s REINT #1 branch of the year which has had an impactful presence in the Darwin region for over 20years and is also the current National Real Estate Institute Office of the Year managing over 1100 properties.
Our Property Managers look after a portfolio of properties and generate portfolio growth through client relationships and cultivating new opportunities. Your understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation and industry experience within the local area will assist you in building and maintaining these strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs. Responsibilities
As a Property Manager you will:
Oversee a portfolio of properties around the Darwin region ensuring compliance with real estate legislation
Process rental applications perform routine inspections and manage tenant communications
Coordinate maintenance and repair requests with preferred service providers in a timely manner
Perform daily reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records and reporting
Build and maintain client relationships to understand their current & future needs
Maximise promotional opportunities including helping at field days and community events
About you
To succeed at Elders you:
Have previous experience as a Property Managerand industry experience within the local area
Possess an understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation
Hold a current drivers licence and a property management licence
Have excellent communication negotiation and client relationship skills
Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite and have attention to detail
Are a team player who is enthusiastic energetic and highly organised with good time management skills
