Bachelors in Nursing
Masters Degree Physical Therapy required or
Masters Degree Occupational Therapy required or
Masters Degree Speech Language Pathology required
Licenses and Credentials
Massachusetts licensure required
Experience
Home Care experience required.
Experience as a licensed physical or occupational therapist or speech language pathologist preferable in a healthcare setting 35 years required
Experience in staff education or training 12 years preferred
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
Strong knowledge of clinical and interpersonal aspects of rehabilitation therapy.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning styles of rehabilitation therapy professionals.
Familiarity with adult learning principles and educational technology.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
