Resident Monitor
Community Bridges Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare organization offering a full continuum of care including variety of programs throughout Arizona Oklahoma and District of Columbia. Founded in 1982 as a nonprofit organization by members of the recovery community in Mesa Arizona Community Bridges Inc. has held as its principle mission maintaining the dignity of human life for more than 40 years.
The District of Columbia Stabilization Center (DCSC) operated by Community Bridges Inc. (CBI) will offer immediate 24 hours/day 365 days/year no cost low barrier access to Crisis SUD services for individuals 18 years of age and older regardless of gender insurance and citizenship status. The DCSC will provide individuals experiencing an SUD crisis with personcentered and a recoveryoriented alternative to unnecessary encounters at emergency departments or interactions with law enforcement. The DCSC will ensure those individuals seeking or referred for services will receive an integrated and comprehensive care to address their specific needs in a supportive clinical and recoveryoriented environment. CBI will hire pursuant to the DC EEO provisions.
Job Summary
The Resident Monitor will live on site and oversee the daytoday actions of the recovery home residents and must have specific knowledge in mental health and substance use disorders to include opioids and medicationassisted treatment. The Resident Monitor will work closely with the Program Director and Care Manager(s) to communicate residents needs and inform them on resident recovery progress. The Resident Monitor will conduct room checks and ensure residents are provided with the necessary orientation to include program rules and responsibilities. They will also assist with the intake and admission process and encourage residents including those with OUD to attend recovery support/mutual aid groups which will assist them in gaining the tools needed to prevent occurrence of use.

The rate of pay for this position will depend on the candidates work location relevant education and work experience
Hourly Rate: $18.25/HR $25.55/HR
