The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Procurement Financial Analyst based out of Everett Washington.
In this role youll drive the development and with Japan Aerostructures suppliers. These suppliers are essential for Boeing Commercial Airplanes collaborating on new airplane development and technologies while managing significant risk portfolios. This role involves frequent engagement with Procurement and Finance Directors as well as occasional Vice Presidentlevel interactions.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead the development integration and of procurement finance activities including unique pricing instructions and metrics for the Request for Quotation/Request for Proposal process
Conduct complex cost and price analyses collaborating with the Estimating team to develop statements of work market trend data and pricing proposals
Create negotiation strategies for price negotiations and direct the development of complex pricing models
Innovate approaches to supplier audits and lead the development of estimates using historical data parametric analysis and technical requirements
Prepare complex priced bill of material estimates prime termination proposals and conduct risk and opportunity analyses
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements for highrisk proposals while developing new tools processes and training
Serve as the main point of contact for ad hoc requests to support emergent actions with Japan suppliers and participate in activities associated with Primary Structures Asia
Mentor and develop other Procurement Financial Analysts
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher
5 years of modeling (excel or data analytics)
3 years participating on cross functional teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Supply chain experience
Proven leadership skills in crossfunctional teams with strong data analytics and modeling abilities
Experience in cost analysis and a diverse finance background including finance operations analysis planning enterprise credit accounting or estimating
Technical knowledge of Boeing Commercial products and experience in manufacturing
Travel:
25 travel required.
