Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain detailed documentation and assist with Medicaid or assistance program applications.

What Were Looking For:
Required:
- High school diploma
- At least one year of call center experience
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
Desired:
- Experience as a financial counselor with medical terminology knowledge
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Familiarity with State and Federal assistance programs
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and frequent computer use
- Capable of sitting standing or walking for extended periods
- Engage in frequent verbal communication with patients and staff

For this USbased position the base pay range is $14.76 $22.48 per hour .
