Job Description
Were seeking enthusiastic driven and guestfocused individuals to join the service team at The Owners Box. As a server youll play a key role in delivering exceptional service by engaging with our guests in a warm and friendly manner from taking orders to presenting accurate checks. If youre someone who thrives in a fastpaced dynamic environment and has a passion for the Food and Beverage industry the Server position could be the perfect fit for you!
Responsibilities
- Creating a positive guest experience through friendly facetoface interactions and a thorough knowledge of our full food and beverage menu.
- Coordinating service efficiently by taking orders answering questions communicating with the kitchen team and ensuring accurate check entries.
- Upholding cleanliness and safety standards by ensuring all tableware is spotless wellpresented and arranged according to restaurant specifications.
Qualifications
- Fulltime position with availability to work Sundays and Mondays only
- Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to multitask communicate clearly and handle cash transactions
- Capable of staying active including standing for 8 hours per day
- Flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
- Must have or be able to obtain Food Safety certification and TABC certification
