Maintenance Technician

If you are looking to make a difference wed love to talk to you! We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team!
In this role you would be responsible for the full scope of building maintenance to include daytoday repairs preventative maintenance planned works and renovations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performing all aspects of maintenance in and around the Lakewood campus.
- Ensuring repair work orders are processed and completed timely.
- Providing assistance to outside vendors as necessary.
- Ensuring all preventative maintenance works are completed in a timely manner and that all materials and tools are adequately stocked and properly stored.
- Assisting with resident moves
- Providing emergency or out of business hours maintenance as needed.

Job Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in maintenance trade or equivalent vocational training.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Experience diagnosing maintenance needs including complex problems.
