We would like to provide our internal workforce the opportunity to express their interest in the role of Customer Service Adviser.
This role will report to Keti Perez and work closely with the Customer Services Portfolio.
This is a FullTime Permanentopportunity.
Salary Range from $108085 base super
The Role:
Provide first level escalation point for team members to resolve problems or assign to the appropriate alternative source in accordance with escalation procedure to enable effective resolution.
Monitor customer enquiries and complaints to ensure customer issues are managed and resolved effectively by analysing the issues determining root causes and developing initiatives and recommendations to improve the customer experience.
Provide coaching to Customer Service Officers to effectively perform key processes to maintain and improve performance standards and providing a positive customer experience.
Assist with managing day to day operations of the call centre including resource planning onboarding of new staff audit processes for quality assurance and other projects as required to ensure efficient and effective team performance.
What we are looking for:
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to problem solve and communicate effectively with a wide range of internal and external customers.
Favourable: Knowledge of WaterNSW legislative requirements and operating environment
Favourable: Experience working in a call centre environment
Favourable: Ability to train and motivate team members
