What to Expect
The Associate Remarketing Process & Analytics will support the departments business process audit reporting and analytic function. This role provides insight into business processes and delivers actionable recommendations through data mining analysis and impactful visualization. Supports the pricing manager to maintain the pricing engine and produces performance reports for the department to external stakeholders. Responsible for managing the policies and procedures for the department. All positions within the Operations Division are expected to collaborate crossdivisionally to achieve a seamless customer experience; this includes supporting other departments as necessary to meet the business needs.
What You Will Do
1. Assist team with analysis reporting forecasting and effective use of business systems to drive enhanced business operations workforce management and productivity.
2. Support audit including internal external and KSOX and assist the department in implementing the mitigating solution for any findings. Manage policies and procedures for the department and work with the respective team to get them published. Manage invoices for the department.
3. Under general guidance from the Manager work on small to mid1size projects including planning scheduling and status reporting to ensure successful implementation. Analyze and develop project proposals and implementation current and future processes operational business requirements user acceptance test plans and coordination and evaluation documents.
4. Actively participate in coaching and development sessions/training to cocreate solutions that enhance individual performance and overall department/team performance.
5. All other duties as assigned.
Additional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesQualifications
What You Will Bring
2 5 years relevant experience
Prior automotive finance industry strongly preferred
Background in automotive finance Remarketing preferred
Experience analyzing and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures or special projects preferred
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
PMP Certification is a plus
Six Sigma Certification is a plus
Knowledge of vehicle Remarketing processes technical and analytical systems (Auto IMS Black Book ALG and Dealer Direct etc. is required.
Demonstrated strength in organizational planning and analytical abilities.
Skilled with the communication of complex subject matter can simplify concepts and clearly explain to others.
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong presentation development skills.
Demonstrated knowledge and skills in reporting design and implementation preferably gained through experience in the automotive finance industry with a focus on LeaseEnd and/or Lease Maturity and/or Remarketing.
Knowledge of MS Office/Office 365 Tools in general and MS Excel specifically MS Access and MS Visio required. Knowledge in Statistics Python SQL and SAS a plus.
Can work independently and foster teamwork.
Work Environment
Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting standing and walking vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.

Successful candidates may be hired anywhere in the salary range based on these factors. It is uncommon to hire candidates at or near the top of the range.
