Ensure successful delivery of projects within scope time and budget constraints.
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to achieve project objectives.
Monitor and report on project progress risks and issues.
Foster a collaborative and highperformance team environment.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in engineering or business from an accredited college/university.
Minimum of ten 10 years of experience in planning and managing large multiyear facilities programs.
Proven experience in formulating guiding and directing technical approaches.
Strong ability to define necessary resources and establish technical milestones schedules budgets and costs.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Supervisory experience is preferred.
Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
Must currently hold or be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secretlevel security clearance; Must be a U.S. citizen as this position is not eligible for Limited Access Authorizations
