Job Description
Pay Range: $22 $27hr (depending on experience)
Base Schedule/Hours: Tuesday Saturday 7am 4pm

- Team Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and lead volunteer groups during team builds ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Provide handson guidance and instruction to volunteers teaching them construction skills and best practices
- Foster a positive motivating environment that encourages teamwork and engagement
- Safety Management
- Oversee the use of safety equipment and ensure that all safety protocols are followed onsite
- Conduct regular safety briefings and inspections to maintain a safe working environment
- Supplies and Equipment Management
- Manage inventory of tools supplies and safety equipment ensuring that all items are in good working condition and readily available
- Order and replenish supplies as needed
- Homeowner Communication
- Act as a liaison between theteam and homeowners providing updates and addressing any concerns
- Ensure that the needs and expectations of homeowners are communicated clearly and managed effectively
- Painting and Landscaping
- Apply basic painting and landscaping techniques to assist in completing home builds and beautification projects
- Train and guide volunteers in these tasks to ensure highquality results
Experience:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferably in a construction or volunteerbased environment
- Basic knowledge of painting and landscaping techniques
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to motivate and engage volunteers
- A proactive selfstarter with a problemsolving mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and repetitively. (For example a 5gallon bucket of paint)
- Must be physically able to lift with proper equipment heavy items
- Must be able to stand squat and bend
- Must be able to climb on and off truck
