Pricing Data Analyst
You will be responsible for implementing vendor cost updates delivering price updates analyzing market trends and ensuring our products remain competitively priced while maintaining profitability. You will play a key role in optimizing the use of our pricing software to drive efficiency automate processes and leverage data insights to enhance overall pricing effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement pricing adjustments in response to changes in the cost of goods ensuring alignment with overall profitability objectives.
- Analyze pricing trends and market conditions to recommend competitive pricing adjustments.
- Use PROS Pricing Software to optimize pricing models and strategies.
- Diagnose and respond to pricing events throughout the customer experience and organization.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure pricing is properly implemented across various systems.
- Provide regular and adhoc reporting and pricing analysis.
- Update leadership on competitor and industry trends.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Economics Finance or a related field or proven experience as a Pricing Analyst or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel including (VLOOKUP pivot tables macros etc..
- Detailoriented with the ability to spot trends inconsistencies and anomalies in data.
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Handson experience with PROS Pricing Software (preferred).
- Knowledge of Power BI or other similar data analysis visualization and reporting tools (preferred).
