In this role you will be overseeing the daytoday operations ofPeacock Alley reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage directly overseeing 1 Restaurant Assistant General Manager 3 Assistant Restaurant Manager and 30 Front of House Team Members.
Named after the passageway once used by patrons of the original Waldorf Astoria Peacock Alley returns as a modern evocation of its stories past. Bespoke menus unfold from breakfast to dinner while libations pay homage to the revered traditions of the worlds greatest cocktail bars.
The ideal candidate must be an exceptional leader with a passion for creating extraordinary experiences a talent for training and developing others and experienced in all aspects of restaurant operations (ex. financial performance social media reputation local market capture and employee relations). At least 35 years of restaurant management experience in an upscale dining environment is required. Experience in a luxurious cocktail environment strong beverage knowledge and managing a unionized work environment is preferred.
