Position Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity as a Global New Product Launch Leader ideal for a strong leader looking to leverage their strategic consulting expertise in a highimpact entrepreneurial environment. In this role you will drive global market entry strategies identify key growth opportunities and be part of a senior leadership team to influence and deliver Sterilexs global trajectory. Responsibilities
Drive New Product Launch Efforts
Coordinate cross functional resources to develop and execute commercialization of new products. Lead trialing of new products coordinating with R&D and commercial teams in market synthesizing field data to develop commercialization plans for implementation by cross functional partners.
Develop New Product GotoMarket Strategies
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute gotomarket strategies for new products and services ensuring alignment with customer needs and market demand.
Create and Refine Value Proposition Strategy for New Products
Lead the creation of value proposition for new products and confirm based on market and competitive dynamics.
Identify Growth Opportunities for the Business
Leverage data and market insights to develop data based opportunities to grow the business and expand TAM through new products sectors geographies and label claims.. Coordinate with cross functional partners to ideate options and develop business cases to address.
Formulate Pricing Profitability Strategies and prepare NPV Analysis for new products
Utilize analytical tools and market insights to develop pricing plans that optimize margins while remaining competitive ensuring profitability across diverse markets.
Lead M&A Integration Activities
Serve as cross function lead for integration planning and efforts for M&A opportunities as available.
Track and Report Key Business Metrics and Develop appropriate processes.
Monitor global business performance using key metrics and KPIs providing regular updates to executive leadership and recommending course corrections as needed. Develop processes for small and growing business to operate more efficiently.
Collaborate with CrossFunctional Teams
Work closely with R&D product management marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment of business objectives innovation initiatives and market expansion plans.
Act as Sounding Board for CEO and CFO
Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and CFO providing insights and recommendations on key business development initiatives market opportunities and growth strategies.
Must Have
Bachelors degree in business Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
5 years of experience in business development ideally in chemicals or F&B industries.
Proven experience in international markets (US Europe and Latin America) and successful product launches.
Proven ability to achieve business objectives in small business and/or start ups.
Ability to thrive and deliver in a fastpaced entrepreneurial environment including managing ambiguity
Enjoys wearing multiple hats leading at both a strategic and tactical level
Strong problem solving skills with solution focused mentality
Collaborative approach with ability to influence and secure buy in across all levels and functions
Knowledge of project management processes and systems for product launch
Nice to Have:
Strong understanding of B2B and channel partner strategies
Experience in integrating new businesses or products
Experience in regulated industry
Responsibility for product price strategy and/or product life cycle
