Your Role:
HR/Employee Engagement and Retention Specialist.
Responsible for creating developing and implementing initiatives/programs aligned with Tallahassee Memorial HealthCares (TMH) culture to drive retention enhance the overall colleague experience and increase colleague satisfaction and engagement thus effecting positive organizational impacts.
Manages colleague engagement surveys programs and initiatives.
Develops plans and coordinates employee events activities and discounts.
Develops and monitors datadriven programs continually to improve colleague retention.
Performs miscellaneous duties and fulfills other responsibilities not described expressly herein.

Preferred Experience:
Two 2 years of directly related professional experience.
Experience developing and implementing employee engagement surveys.
Healthcare higher education or corporate event planning/coordination experience.
Budget management and expense tracking experience.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent multitasking skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Ability to maintain a customer service mindset.
