St Trinity Property Group a leading builder/developer in Sydney with a track record delivering exceptional projects through Sydneys south. As a Site Foreman at our Mittagong location you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our new development: a complex of 8 townhouses.
About You Site Foreman
In this role you will be entrusted with the daytoday oversight of our townhouse project ensuring that construction progresses smoothly efficiently and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
Leading and managing multiple construction sites simultaneously.
Coordinating and supervising construction workers and subcontractors.
Ensuring all projects are delivered on time within scope and budget.
Upholding quality control health and safety standards onsite.
Liaising with architects engineers and other stakeholders.
Problemsolving onsite issues and providing technical guidance.
Reporting progress and issues to upper management regularly.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Foreman with a track record of managing multiple sites concurrently.
- Strong understanding of construction processes materials and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints.
- Adept at conflict resolution and decisionmaking.
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or related fields are desirable.
- End to end site management.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and service drawings.
- Must be willing to travel to the site in Mittagong 6 days per week.
- Must have a vehicle.
