Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Toronto Ontario
Compensation: $100000 $130000 per year plus benefits and additional perks
Key Details:
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in commercial interior construction or fitouts
- Education: Degree in construction management architecture or engineering preferred or equivalent experience
- Skills: Strong organizational communication and client relationship management skills
- Perks: Gas card companypaid parking mobile phone and laptop provided
- Vacation: 3 weeks/year with additional personal and emergency days
About the Role:
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the successful of construction projects from inception to completion. Youll ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest standards. You will also work closely with clients consultants and internal teams to manage deliverables and expectations effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning and closeout phases
- Monitor project schedules budgets and quality control
- Foster strong relationships with clients consultants and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience managing corporate interior construction projects
- Ability to handle competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with construction management software and tools
