13 Senior Digital Change ManagerDorking or Basingstoke
Hybrid minimum of 23 days a week in office

As a Senior Digital Change Manager you will play a key role in identifying and implementing technologydriven process improvements. With a proven track record in Agile project management and experience delivering impactful digital solutions you will lead crossfunctional initiatives to align with our strategic goals. This position offers the opportunity to directly influence the digital and technology roadmap for your area ensuring alignment with company objectives.
In this role you will proactively assess and identify opportunities to improve technology processes driving efficiency and enhancing customer experiences. You will lead mid to largescale projects utilising datadriven analysis to achieve meaningful outcomes. Your expertise will provide direct input into the technology and digital strategy ensuring solutions align with company goals. You will manage track and deliver program updates tailored to stakeholders at various levels including executives.
You should have proven ability to deliver datadriven and digitalbased solutions with a focus on improving customer experience and operational readiness. The ideal candidate will have the leadership skills to manage crossfunctional businessfacing initiatives with a strategic approach and the adaptability to thrive in a fastpaced environment remaining highly collaborative and comfortable with ambiguity.
