Role Description

This role sits within the AMG partnerships team focused on managing the day to day on digital delivery within partnerships supporting the Senior Partnerships Manager Digital. Working across the team collaboratively with nondigital counterparts to ensure all digital contractual rights are delivered efficiently and effectively inline with business and partner requirements. Spotting opportunities to drive value for our partners and our business.

Requires an individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) to support in driving our digital assets and offering forward and helping to evolve AMG digital partnerships.

Responsible for high standards of campaign ideation bringing teams on the journey campaign monitoring reporting and delivering valuable insights.

The individual will liaise with partners at all levels and internal stakeholders and must be able to confidently showcase results and provide learnings that will help to evolve their activity and encourage growth within our digital estate. Providing updates to internal key stakeholders as and when relevant.

Candidate must have a thorough knowledge of digital platforms and best practices within the industry. This role will involve activity across social display mailers screens and app.

  • Extensive digital campaign experience
  • Experience at a brand rights holder or agency
  • Confident in presenting to large and small groups of all levels
  • Experience presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Experience in best in class reporting processes
  • Ability to work in high pressure situations including high level skill in trouble shooting and problem solving
  • Eye for detail admin wiz and process driven
  • Excellent organisational verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to plan and organise using initiative
  • Awareness of the application of new marketing techniques including digital social media and mobile applications
  • Good working knowledge of Word Excel and PowerPoint

What the role includes

  • Maintain best in class relationships externally with partners and internally across departments
  • Manage the day to day on digital for select partners be an expert and go to contact internally and externally
  • Digital rights and campaign management for partners ensuring contractual delivery with a strategic lens
  • Responsible for creative ideation kick off and through to reporting aligned to overall partnership objectives
  • Have confidence in bringing our partners on the journey
  • Report on key metrics internally and externally providing insight and best in class recommendations. Building on best practices and bringing knowledge and expertise to the department.
  • Showcase digital partner highlights and identify trends; communicate information across the organisation
  • Work collaboratively with the partnership leads
  • Create wraps and presentation decks filled with insight and recommendations deliver them confidently
  • Build and drive a view of how to grow digital activity commercially using past learnings and results
  • Creating and managing project timelines / schedules / reports
  • Join key partner sessions and lead digital partner workshops
  • Maintain competition mechanics and write copy for partner activations where applicable
  • Execute monitor and report on all partner screen content
  • To carry out adhoc digital projects for the partnerships department as required
  • Work closely with 3rd parties to ensure digital channels can deliver what is required
  • Ensuring all partners are aware of the latest digital opportunities across the estate
  • Stay uptodate on relevant trends and news across music and entertainment technology and live events
  • Oversee relationship with 3rd party agency across screen network
  • Help to build out new opportunities and digital channels as and when required join ideation sessions
