What Youll Do:
- Provide individual and group clinical supervision up to six Associatelevel therapists (AMFTs ACSWs APCCs).
- Oversee and support clinicians in their development of effective treatment plans and interventions.
- Ensure compliance with legal ethical and professional standards in all clinical services.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Director to enhance and implement training programs for staff development.
- Maintain a caseload of 15 clients to stay engaged in direct clinical work.
- Assist in quality assurance processes including case reviews and clinical documentation audits.
What Youll Need:
- A current and unrestricted license as an LMFT LCSW LPCC or Licensed Psychologist in California.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience supervising Associatelevel clinicians.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills with a passion for fostering growth and development in others.
- Expertise in a variety of therapeutic modalities with a commitment to evidencebased practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A collaborative and flexible mindset with a dedication to maintaining a positive team culture.
