National Program LeaderCanada

Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer for Canada your position will serve as a crucial strategic asset as you focus on these key objectives. You will engage with important stakeholders and partners while crafting a unified strategy that aligns with our vision for growth and the development of programs in Canada.

As the National Program Leader for Canada you will maintain a strong collaborative relationship with the Canadian Leadership Specialty Practice Executive and our Specialty Practice leaders in their respective sectors to advance initiatives nationwide. Your responsibilities will include creating a framework that supports the digitalization and scaling of programs.

By bringing together regional expertise and specialty practices we aim for consistency growth and development in these key areas. This unified approach will not only strengthen our presence but also ensure that our initiatives are aligned with our overarching goals.

Objectives

  • Build programs and leverage digitalization where possible Standardize Practices in each program segment; creating a repeatable process

  • Develop and implement program standardized practices across all regions to ensure consistency in service delivery. Enhance collaboration across regions

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among different regions to share best practices and innovative ideas within programs. Prioritize investments measure success and Evaluate Progress

  • Establish metrics to measure the success of our initiatives and regularly evaluate our progress to ensure continuous improvement. Promote Growth Opportunities

  • Identify and leverage growth opportunities through partnerships and sponsorships that align with our strategic vision. Support key Initiatives and invest in initiatives that support our core mission and initiatives to promote inclusivity and diversity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tasked with establishing HUB program strategies and related sales initiatives in conjunction with the specialty practice leaders and key regions. This involves developing internal resources and engaging experts to support producers in effectively closing new business opportunities as well as occasionally assisting with existing clients.

  • Understand programs opportunities platforms and connect these solutions within the organization or with outside vendors in order to scale and provide a quality customer experience.

  • Consistently work with Practice Leads to create product and service offerings that meet the identified needs of customers within the market segments. Maintain knowledge and gather intelligence on industry and key competitors keeping up with industry trends and best practices.

  • Work with markets in coordination with the Chief Marketing Officer Canada and regional Presidents to prioritize digitization and scale programs within Canada.

  • Foster relationships with geographic Chief Sales Officers (CSOs) to ensure the program strategy is successfully implemented at the local level. Create opportunities for regional growth crossselling and ongoing development in Canada.

  • Align program goals of Specialty Practice leads to collaborate with Producers and Account Executives across Canada to support and enable a consistent client service model and industry best practices.

  • Establish monthly touchpoints with the Canadian Practice members and key Stakeholders.

The National Programs Leader of Canada interacts in a respectful and genuine manner fostering open communication with diverse audiences through both verbal and nonverbal means. Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1015 years of progressive successful experience with the insurance industry agency brokerage or a consulting firm.

  • Bachelors degree or relevant professional experience

  • Previous experience leading a team and influencing stakeholders.

  • Deep expertise in bringing programs to life with many stakeholders and platforms project management experience proven track record of leading by influence.

  • Experience in prioritization of multiple priorities and a track record to program delivery success.

  • Proven progressive track record in driving new business results.

  • A consultative positive and resourceful approach to dealing with prospect clients and associates.

  • Highly developed organization and time management skills.

  • Strong listening written verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Public speaking and presentation experience.

  • Strong degree of selfmotivation with a demonstrated ability to lead/motivate others.

  • Is influential and persuasive with the ability to partner across HUB and work well with segment and other practice leaders.

  • Insurance Licensing or Industry Certification Requirements as required.
