Job Overview:
This role oversees plans and manages production distribution and maintenance operations to achieve business goals and strategies for the Pacific NorthWest of LGUS West while ensuring safety and environmental compliance.
Production responsibilities include the CO2 facility in Ferndale WA (three units 600 TPD total) and the air gases facility in Fife WA (TLA 180/360 and PL1M). Distribution covers these locations plus a CO2 depot in Portland OR.

Responsibilities:
- Optimize Plant Reliability and Efficiency: Implement strategies to ensure continuous reliable operation of the plant minimizing downtime and maximizing output.
- Lead Maintenance and Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance of all equipment and machinery developing preventative maintenance programs to extend asset lifespans and prevent failures.
- Ensure Compliance with Safety and Environmental Regulations: Strictly adhere to all local state and federal regulations as well as company policies regarding safety health environment and product quality.
- Develop and Execute Operational Plans: Create detailed operational plans aligned with business objectives ensuring that all operational activities contribute to plant reliability.
