This position is an8 hour shifts to create a schedule that is a match from your commitments and the needs of our residents.
Thesuccessfulcandidate:
Acertifiednurse assistant in the State of Michiganor a graduate of a state approved nursing assistant training programwiththeability tocomplete thestatecompetency examination (written and skills) within 120 days or employment.
Preferably has experience as a Restorative Nurse Aide or likeposition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary care setting with residents families and staff members.
