Who We Are Seeking:
Make a meaningful difference in lives of seniors! Senior Helpers is seekingparttime caregivers to work daytime hours in the private homes of our senior clients who live in West St. Paul and nearby cities such as Mendota Heights and South St. Paul.We require our caregivers to be willing to work fourhour daytime shifts that begin in the morning. Our caregivers gradually build up their hours and then average 4 to 20 hours/ week.
Who You Are:
- Required: Experience (paid or unpaid) as a caregiver for adults or persons with disabilities
- Desirable: Experience in healthcare home care assisted living independent living
- Highly Desirable: Possess a PCA HHA CNA LPN or LVN certification
- A dependable compassionate and empathetic caregiver
- Desires to help others and provide high quality service
- Driven by making an impact and contributing to a better quality of life for the aging population.
Benefits:
- Base pay of $18 to $21 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
- Wow! A bonus for every 100 worked in the calendar year that begins at $25 and increases by $50 each additional 100 hours!

You Must:
- Speak write and comprehend English AND pass our test that assesses those skills
- Have a valid Drivers license (not a permit)
- Possess active auto insurance
- Be willing to do personal care for females AND males
- Be willing to accept fourhour daytime shifts that begin in the morning
Essential Functions:
- Deliver exceptional care to clients in their homes who live in West St. Paul Mendota Heights and South St. Paul
- Complete all activities of daily living in a safe and professional manner
- Supply personal companionship remaining actively engaged with each client and their family
- Assist with care activities to include personal hygiene mobility assistance incontinence care light housekeeping feeding and meal preparation and transportation
- Perform administrative functions such as documentation of completion of tasks and reporting changes in the clients physical condition mental capability or behavior
