About This Team:
We are seeking a senior Microsoft Technical Specialist to work in our dynamic Microsoft Alliances team in Europe. The Alliance team works closely with the Microsoft field to sell the value of the joint Citrix & Microsoft global ISV partnership. This person you will play a pivotal role in synergizing Citrix technologies with a deep understanding of Microsoft products and solutions to educate the Microsoft and Citrix technical communities and also presenting jointly to or customers and partners.

We are seeking a senior Microsoft Technical Specialist to work in our dynamic Microsoft Alliances team you will play a pivotal role in synergizing Citrix technologies with a deep understanding of Microsoft products and solutions to educate the Microsoft and Citrix technical communities. This position is instrumental in crafting and implementing a better together solution that harnesses the power of Citrix and Microsoft technologies to address diverse organizational needs. We are seeking a candidate with extensive Citrix & Microsoft experience coupled with a profound understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem to ensure seamless and comprehensive solutions for our joint customers. This position requires English and German speaking skills
- Collaboration with Microsoft: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with Microsoft STU Champs Global Black Belt teams Azure specialists Modern Work specialists and virtualization leads. Stay abreast of Microsofts product roadmap updates and strategic initiatives to effectively align Citrix solutions. Maintain alignment with Microsofts vision for Cloud migrations and Windows 365 deployments promoting a cohesive And narrative.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate sound knowledge of Citrix and Microsoft technologies including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Citrix Workspace Microsoft Azure Microsoft 365 AZURE Virtual Desktop (AVD) Windows 365 Intune and other relevant products.
- Value Proposition: Lead the narrative on joint value in key accounts working closely with focus partners to drive highvalue joint Citrix and Microsoft solutions.
- Presales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the presales process. This may involve conducting presentations workshops and creating technical proposals.
- Channel Expertise: Collaborate with the channel team to advocate and educate the joint value of Citrix and Microsoft in CoSell initiatives. Understand partner technical and business requirements aligning solutions with their gotomarket plans.
- Solution Design: Conceptualize endtoend solutions that seamlessly blend Citrix and Microsoft technologies addressing critical business challenges including virtualization cloud services collaboration tools and security solutions.
- Enablement: Lead the development and support of enablement programs for the internal Cloud Software Group Alliance team CSG partners and Microsoft. Act as a key contributor to customer and partner events ensuring a clear understanding of joint Citrix and Microsoft business solutions.
- Stay Informed: Stay up to date with industry trends new technologies and updates from both Citrix and Microsoft. This includes participating in training certifications and conferences.
Qualifications:
- Ideally 5 years degree/diploma. Post Graduate Degree/Diploma will be a plus.
- Preferably 5 years experience working in the Alliance & channel ecosystem
- Industry recognized Microsoft Azure technical certification.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies including Azure Azure virtual Desktop Windows 365 Microsoft 365.
- Citrix Technical Certification isdesirable.
- Wellrounded technical background. Must have experience working at senior technical levels within large Hightech companies and organizations and be able to influence the brightest minds within the Microsoft technical field teams the customer and partner organizations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical
stakeholders. - Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies including Windows Server Active Directory Azure and Microsoft 365.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills demonstrating a track record in identifying key customer drivers and use cases and aligning joint solutions that maximize customer value.
- Experience in executing programs to sustainably repeat and scale joint value propositions including GTM plans.
- Ability to present in both English and German.
