Concrete Driver/Relief Batcher Busselton WA
Are you a selfmotivated team player We are looking for someone for our Busselton Concrete plant who is passionate about safety results focused with awesome communication skills a strong work ethic and the ability to multitask.
The Driver/Batcher role has excellent career development potential with the opportunity to learn about concrete quarry materials plant operation concrete batching scheduling and logistics whilst working in the construction industry. This role is fulltime working Monday to Friday and some Saturday work as required with overtime and penalties provided.
Experience is preferred; however training will be provided to successful candidates.
About the Role:
- Batching agitator trucks safely and efficiently
- Delivering concrete in an Agitator
- Loading aggregate bins
- Housekeeping and yard duties
- Communicating with customer on a regular basis
- Placing orders for customers and internal stakeholders
- Operation of a frontend loader
Background and Experience required:
- Are selfmotivated and take pride in your work
- Have a HR licence or above.
- Have a strong workethic and excellent time keeping.
- Can efficiently support individual customer requests
- Enjoy being part of a results driven environment
- Have a high regard for safety policies and procedures
- Have very good IT skills and experience using Outlook and other softwares
- A frontend loader ticket and experience would be highly regarded.
