Job Description
- Monitor the Building Automation System (BAS)
- Ability to deal with HVAC and Thermal systems work and act accordingly to those readings
- Ability to deal with electricity and automation
- Ability to deal with mechanical and Hydraulic systems (low pressure water)
- Manage and support Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of several systems
- Act in emergency situations
- Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) procedures
- Accurately register all works on the Maintenace Management system (CMMS)
- Manage Maintenance Warehouse
- Manage Requests and Work Orders
- Manage Maintenance Teams
- Professional or Technical Training > High School) will be a plus
- 2/3 years of experience with similar responsibilities
- Knowledge and experience in Building Automation systems
- Proven ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail
- Organized and able to register all the activities
- Ability to use Microsoft Office efficiently
- Able to work in a team
- Good communication skills
