The National Security Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a senior operations Intelligence Analyst to work in a customer facility at MacDill AFB Tampa FL. This position requires a Highly Qualified Expert (HQE) to provide fullspectrum operational intelligence analysis targeting sensitive mission planning and the development of intelligence portions of operational Concepts of Operations (CONOPs).
This position requires expertise using multidiscipline intelligence tools and databases associated with HUMINT targeting and social networking analysis. Applicants for this Senior Operations Intelligence Analyst role will be expected to operate in a high tempo operationsintegrated environment with limited oversight and therefore shall be able to independently provide high quality finished products.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate and collaborate with requirement originators from other services components DoD and nationallevel intelligence agencies to employ senior targeting skills by targeting networks individuals within networks and identify vulnerabilities for exploitation.
- Works directly with team members within the Special Operations enterprise to research evaluate analyze fuse and interpret reporting from multiple sources in particular human sources.
Basic Qualifications
- A Bachelors degree and 10 years of Intelligence Analytical experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies required with 5 years being at the operational level.
- Acute knowledge of Special Operations typically obtained through military training and operational experience.
- Advanced writing and communication skills and experience producing written intelligence analysis and briefings with little oversight.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and proficiency using current analytic tools databases and Intelligence and operational systems is required.
- Must have a current Top Secret SCI security clearance.
- Must be capable of working as a member of a highly skilled team to accomplish time sensitive critical tasks.
- Must be capable of receiving analyzing and interpreting general guidance and direction from program leadership to act independently to changing situations

Pay Range:
Pay Range $89700.00 $162150.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data applicable bargaining agreement (if any) or other law.
