We are seeking a highly motivated likeminded professional with client experience and a passion for engineering excellence in the field of water and wastewater to join our team. Flexibility and desire to work on multiple projects is essential.
EXAMPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
- Scopes of work for electrical and I&C systems
- Process and Instrumentation Diagrams
- Control strategies
- Electrical calculations and sizing
- Electrical oneline diagrams
- Electrical site plans power plans lighting plans for buildings
- Lightning protection
- Wiring diagrams
- Lighting and power distribution
- Service utility coordination
- Panel Schedules and layout
- UPS/Generator sizing
- Construction cost estimates for electrical and I&C
- Specify PLC SCADA and HMIbased systems
- Radio telemetry SCADA systems using microwave spread spectrum licensed MAS cellular or other radio technologies
- PLCs and associated components
- ISA data sheets and instrument sites
- Technical memorandums and reports
- 5 years electrical instrumentation and control systems experience in water and wastewater treatment facilities pumping stations and associated facilities for small to medium size municipalities and special districts
- PE License or ability to obtain within six months of employment
- Experience in Colorado preferred including design cost estimates construction documents and specification preparation
- Knowledge of process instruments communications networks and P&ID diagrams
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations and codes for electrical permitting
- Ability to work on multiple projects in a fastpaced environment while effectively managing your time
