Job Description Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Occupational Therapist to provide patientcentered care on a per diem basis. This role is ideal for individuals who want flexibility in their schedule while still having the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients lives. You will be responsible for assessing and treating patients helping them regain their independence and improve their quality of life.Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients abilities to perform daily living activities and develop personalized therapy plans.
- Provide evidencebased interventions to promote independence mobility and overall function.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best care for patients.
- Educate patients families and caregivers on therapy techniques and adaptive equipment.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Qualifications:
- Maine State Occupational Therapy License (Required)
- National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification (Preferred)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification (Preferred)
- Previous experience in a rehabilitation or skilled nursing setting (Preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic patientfocused environment
