Job Description
Grants Pass Toyota is seeking an Automotive Parts Associate to join our fastpaced team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for the mechanical side of a dealership and enjoy working with the Toyota brand. Responsibilities include sourcing parts for mechanical retail and wholesale customers assisting with inventory and stocking. We offer growth opportunities within the Parts Department and dealership along with Toyota training customer service and professional development. A positive attitude customer service focus and teamwork are essential. Starting pay is $18/hour plus a monthly volume based bonus.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promptly meet and assist both the technicians retail and wholesale customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Obtain the correct parts and accessories for both the technician and the retail guest in a timely manner
- Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and transfer the information to the proper document and computer system
- Answer telephone calls promptly courteously and make every effort to satisfy the callers inquiry
- Stock incoming inventory in the correct location
- Maintain the parts department in clean and orderly manner
- Provide customers with needed information and offer additional sales opportunities
- Create and maintain merchandising displays to promote product sales
- Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Companys Vision Mission and Values in all interactions with customers coworkers and suppliers
- Adheres to all company policies procedures and safety standards
- All other duties as assigned.
