Were looking for an Electrical Engineer with a background in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to join our Future Energy team in Perth.
And as we look to transition from traditional energy sources to adopt more renewable alternatives you can play a key role in enabling and accelerating this change.
Well support you every step of the way as you join us in finding sustainable energy solutions to make a positive impact that will last for generations.
Working with an energetic and high performing team this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
- Design of Hybrid Power Systems Microgrid and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects and contribute to power generation opportunities including associated asset design projects
- Energy yield assessments (solar and wind)
- Technoeconomic modelling and optimisation/sizing studies for microgrids/hybrid systems
- Concept and detailed design (layouts SLDs comms block diagrams P&IDs functional descriptions)
- Coordinate the electrical infrastructure with other infrastructure in multidiscipline projects.
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering and CPEng or actively working towards obtainment
- Minimum 4 years industry experience (consulting environment preferable) within Australia
- Previous experience having delivered BESS projects
- Welldeveloped communication skills both verbal and written
- Team player cooperative with other staff with open sharing of information and knowledge
