Job Summary
The Supervisor role leads a team of Marketing Specialists who visit and train Partner Properties in an effort to acquire new residential customersChampions development of process improvement mechanisms to increase sales and conversion rates
These sales must meet or exceed company profit guidelines while adhering to all company and regulatory guidelines
Job Description
Achieve or exceed monthly / annual residential and commercial sales and penetration goals
Develop and deploy sales and marketing strategies in compliance with operational and regulatory guidelines while meeting company growth goals and profitability objectives
Responsible for the ongoing search of potential employees as well as developing their compensations plans
Lead recruiting efforts to grow their marketing teams
