Automotive Service Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of service advisors and technicians providing support training and feedback as needed
  • Ensure highquality customer service by resolving customer complaints issues and concerns
  • Maximize department profitability by increasing productivity controlling expenses and managing inventory
  • Monitor and maintain service department operations including scheduling customer appointments and repair orders
  • Develop and implement service policies and procedures that promote highquality standards and improve department efficiency

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or Management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership organizational and problemsolving abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team of professionals
  • Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance is preferred but not required
