Job Summary

KBR requires a Financial Manager located in the Dayton OH area to support the Simulators Division of the Air Combat Systems Directorate. This organization acquires and modernizes training systems to enhance lethality and readiness sharpening the warfighters bite. This candidate will support and advise the WNS Division located at WrightPatterson AFB. The candidate must work well with a widely dispersed team and be assertive in capturing key inputs and data to incorporate into various products daily. The candidate must also have excellent communication skills (written verbal and active listening). Proficiency with developing presentations (PowerPoint) and written documents for executivelevel review and consumption is a must. The candidate must be comfortable working in a very dynamic fluid environment and enjoy problem solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning programming budgeting and processes of the Simulators Division by aiding all program managers in balancing financial plans and monitoring program .
• Provide program and technical expertise to the Simulators Division by providing financial and professional support to include financial operations planning analysis filing and reporting.
• Develop and reconcile funding reports for program dollars including balancing end of month reports.
• Using Microsoft Office suite of applications/tools to develop and publish products for senior executive review coordination and approval.
• Processing program funding documents developing budget (nearterm and longterm) and spend plans (phasing of commitments obligations and expenditures) analyzing contractor and government cost reports and tracking temporary duty (TDY) travel costs and provides actual vs. estimated cost.
• Use several financial data tracking and reporting applications such as CPAS BQ JOCAS MOCAS ABSS CRIS CCaR Clarity and SDW.
• Engages with customers at both the working and senior levels
• Selfstarter with excellent communication skills is a must.
• Have the ability to support the customer onbase five days a week

Work Environment:

The majority of the candidates support to the customer will be in a secure vault location on Area B of Wright Patterson AFB.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree Masters preferred
• 7 years of relevant experience required
• DoD Clearance Requirement: Secret upgrade to TS will be required
• Financial Management Certification Level I
