The platform enhances productivity through intelligent search discovery and autogenerated insights and documentation. We are seeking senior leaders like you to help shape the vision and define the strategy for this space.
The impact you will have:
- Drive key feature areas for Unity Catalog like Lineage and Tagging by planning and leading largescale technical projects.
- Build architecture design influence product roadmap and take ownership and responsibility over new projects.
- Lead systems debugging performance measurement & optimization on large production clusters.
- Introduce tools to allow greater automation and operability of services.
- Use your deep experience to help prevent and investigate production issues.
- Contribute as a Technical Lead by mentoring others lead project planning delegating work to team members.
What we look for:
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related majors or equivalent experience.
- 15 years of experience building large scale distributed systems with high availability
- 5 years of technical leadership experience building complex production systems
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a demonstrable bias toward action.
- Leadership skills and experience to lead across functional and organizational lines
- Comfortable working towards a multiyear vision with incremental deliverables.
