Job Description
Location:Logan WV (Onsite)

Select Staffing Solutions is seeking dedicated motivated and skilled Radiology Technicians. This fulltime role offers competitive compensation a supportive work environment and the opportunity to make a real impact on patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow prescribed techniques to administer general and specific Xrays
- Adjust equipment and determine proper voltage current and exposure time
- Arrange immobilization and support devices for patient positioning
- Prepare patients for Xrays and explain procedures to patients and their families
- Mix and prepare barium and other chemicals required for Xray procedures
- Monitor the patient and machine during procedures and report any unusual occurrences
- Determine radiation techniques during radiological exams
- Develop Xray films in accordance with radiographic techniques
- Assist the chief technician in maintaining radiographic technique charges
- Clean and disinfect Xray rooms and equipment
- Maintain stock supplies and inspect emergency trays
- Provide education and training for staff and peers as needed
Travel not required.
Requirements
YOU MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE U.S. WITHOUT SPONSORSHIP NOW ANDIN THE FUTURE.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology preferred
- Certifications:
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
- State certification to administer radiation
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
- Skills: Highly motivated individual with a passion for patient care
- 1 year of experience preferred
