The impact you will make:

Its a job creation to complete the existing 15 AMs team. In your daily tasks you will play a substantial role in building an excellent relationship with our existing and new clients(retention and onboarding). You are an important element in the clients journey. Thanks to your expertise and your active listening youll be able to help them achieve their goals.

You will work closely with the sales team and technical account management team. You will report to the Account Management Team Lead.

What you will work on:

  • Become an expert in retargeting technologies and other RTB House products and adapt them to specific customers needs;
  • Provide dedicated account management to direct clients in France respond to clients requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner;
  • Create retargeting strategies in multiple industries (retail automotive beauty travel energy based on data analysis and your own expertise;
  • Consult and educate clients to ensure customer success;
  • Assist customers in the process of launching ad campaigns;
  • Obtain review and process customer orders;
  • Negotiate campaign business terms;
  • Provide dedicated reports for our clients;
  • Analyse data in order to optimise campaigns performance
  • Identify upsell opportunities
  • Execute customer communication in line with standards and processes incl. regular face to face meetings
  • Work hand in hand with Sales and Technical account management team to ensure the best results and service are delivered to the clients
  • Travelling required 10 of time

Who we are looking for:

  • 3 years of experience in managing online advertising campaigns in clientfacing roles within the adtech or ecommerce industry with a focus on performance marketing and the RTB model;
  • Experience working in/within agency context would be a big advantage;
  • Advanced level in excel is required; experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics Piano Adobe DSP (DV TTD ad server (Adform CM) and tracking tools
  • Highly developed analytical and problemsolving skills;
  • Ability to identify and understand customer needs and requirements exceptional communication skills;
  • University degree (preferably in the field of business marketing engineering or communication);
  • High level of motivation and willingness to learn with high energy and positive can do attitude.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken French and English

Main objectives:

Within 1 month since hire: Completing of onboarding program Workramp (internal knowledge base)

Within 3 months since hire: Complete at least 3 calls with clients & one integration. Operational duties (Passport Octopus CRM).

Within 6 months since hire: Full autonomy on the tasks. Good understanding of campaign optimisation and internal panel. Complete 1 QBR with a client.

Within 1 year since hire: Full autonomy with advertisers upsells of campaigns/locations/products status checks with management

Limpact que vous aurez:

Cest une cration demploi pour complter une quipe dAccount Managers dynamique et en pleine expansion compose de 15 personnes. Dans vos tches quotidiennes vous jouerez un rle important dans la mise en place et le suivi de la relation de nos partenaires agence existants ou nouveaux.dexcellentes relations avec nos clients existants et nouveaux.

Vous tes un lment important dans le parcours client. Grce votre expertise et votre coute active vous pourrez les aider atteindre leurs objectifs.

Vous travaillerez en troite collaboration avec notre quipe commerciale et technique ainsi que diffrents dpartements stratgiques (marketing produit finance).

Vous rapporterez la Team Lead Account Manager.

Les sujets sur lesquels vous allez travailler:

  • Assurer une gestion de compte ddie aux clients directs en France rpondre aux demandes des clients dans les meilleurs dlais ;
  • Crer des stratgies de retargeting dans de multiples secteurs (retail automobile beaut voyage nergie) bases sur lanalyse des donnes et votre propre expertise ;
  • Consulter et former les clients pour assurer leur russite ;
  • Assister les commerciaux et lquipe technique dans le processus de lancement de campagnes publicitaires ;
  • Participer la rponse aux briefs clients;
  • Ngocier les conditions commerciales de la campagne ;
  • Fournir des rapports ddis nos clients ;
  • Analyser les donnes afin doptimiser les performances des campagnes
  • Identifiez les opportunits dupsell;
  • tre garant de la bonne communication avec le client conformment aux normes et aux processus incl. runions rgulires en face face
  • Travailler main dans la main avec lquipe commerciale et techniques pour garantir le meilleur service client

Qui recherchonsnous

  • Plus de 3 ans dexprience dans la gestion de campagnes publicitaires en ligne de prfrence dans des rles en contact avec les clients dans ladtech ou le ecommerce spcialiss en marketing la performance et en modle RTB.
  • Une exprience de travail pour le compte de/au sein dune agence serait un gros avantage ;
  • Un niveau avanc sur Excel est requis ; exprience avec les outils danalyse (Google Analytics Piano Adobe) DSP (DV TTD) ad server(Adform CM) et les outils de suivi
  • Excellente capacit danalyse et de rsolution de problmes ;
  • Comprendre les besoins et les exigences des clients comptences exceptionnelles en communication ;
  • Super motiv(e) forte envie dapprendre attitude positive.

  • Trs bon niveau danglais

Objectifs principaux:

Dans le mois suivant lembauche : achvement du programme dintgration Workramp (base de connaissances interne)

Dans les 3 mois suivant lembauche : effectuer au moins 3 appels avec des clients et une intgration. Assurer le suivi des tches oprationnelles lies au CRM et outils internes.

Dans les 6 mois suivant lembauche : pleine autonomie sur les tches. Bonne comprhension de loptimisation des campagnes et du panel. Compltez 1 QBR avec un client.

Dans lanne suivant lembauche : autonomie totale avec les annonceurs upsell de campagnes/sites/produits reporting et monitoring.
