Come be part of a dynamic and integrated centralized marketing team that drives the success of a nationally recognized womenowned and womenled design firm. Quinn Evans has a fulltime position available for a marketing coordinator. The position will support our practicedriven marketing and business development functions. The position can be located in either our Ann Abor or Detroit office location. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fastpaced environment is highly organized detailoriented graphics savvy and has strong written and oral communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and develop efforts for all stages of project pursuits including qualifications proposal packages and presentations
- Support proposal production process including proofreading editing for grammar spelling comprehension consistency and assembling and delivering final documents
- Maintenance and management of marketing information and systems including but not limited to:
- Collateral and templates
- Marketing content (i.e. project descriptions resumes and text library)
- CRM database data gathering and input
- Digital asset library project descriptions resumes and other collateral materials
- Conduct marketing research and lead searching
- Assist as required with multiplatform communications including marketing campaigns social media efforts
- Support development and submission of awards entries
- Support and partake in networking and business development efforts
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing Business Communications Journalism English Graphic Design or another related technical field
- Minimumof 3 years of marketing or business developmentexperience in the A/E/C industry REQUIRED.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to deliver detailed assignments with high levels of accuracy
- Strong timemanagement skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of interoffice teams
- Strong oral written and graphic communication skills
- Knowledge of CRM / relational database platforms and digital asset management systems (experience with Deltek Vision / Vantagepoint and/or OpenAsset a plus)
