Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the establishment
Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
Supervise and train staff members in various roles including hospitality cooking bartending and food preparation
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
Assist with scheduling staff shifts and managing labor costs
Skills:
Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations including food service management and hospitality management
Proficiency in using Aloha POS system or similar restaurant management software
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and customers
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle highstress situations
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
