EBS companies are currently looking for maintenance technicians nationwide.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for commercial properties
- Maintain and repair plumbing systems
- Maintain and repair interior and exterior building finishes
- Paint and touch up walls and trim
- Light electrical maintenance for emergency lights exit signs lamp sweeps etc.
- Replace light bulbs and hang banners
- Complete and submit paperwork
- Keep facilities clean in appearance removing trash as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; twoyear college or technical school a plus
- Drivers license
- Experience working in the trades or adjacent industries preferred
- Ability to read and write in English including safety rules equipment manuals maintenance instructions standard operating procedures etc.
Working Environment and Physical Demands:
- Will work in full range of indoor and outdoor conditions
- Will perform some work on scissor/boom lifts and from ladders
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to bend push/pull twist stoop squat lift crawl and climb
