Based at Bankhead Central Glenrothes 4 days on 4 days off Mon to Fri 06:00 to 16:50Sat and Sun 06:00 to 16:40on a grade of FC4 we are looking for a highly skilled experienced Admin Assistant to provide administrative support in Fleet Services. The postholder has specific responsibility to provide administrative support for customer service level agreements fleet operating procedures and compliance with the Fleet Operators licence.
The Person
You are required to have Maths and EnglishPrevious experience working in an office environment and SVQ2 / Higher grades / NC or equivalent in administration information management business process management or related areas qualifications and have the ability to provide a regular and effective service. You should be able to use your own initiative work independently and as part of a team and have experience inprioritisingyour own workload andmanagingyourtime whilst having the ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment. You should havea high level ofcustomer care skillsand display a flexible attitude to work and change withapositive proactive approach. You must have the ability to use multiple IT systems and have excellent administrative skills and have experience of responding quickly to changing demands and problemsolving skills.
